Pentakill, the League of Legends inspired rock group, has come out with a few new singles which can only mean one thing. Well from June 3 to June 9 you'll also be able to earn the Pentakill summoner icon by playing a game with any of the Pentakill skins (excluding One For All's), or you can grab it from the store for 250 RP or 1500 IP. UnrankedSmurfs IS NOT affiliated, sponsored, endorsed, or associated with League of Legends or Riot Games, Inc.

The result, released just recently on the iTunes app store, allows League of Legends players to quickly check up on the strengths and skills of one of those 100+ champion characters. Seven new Pentakill icons are also available for 250 RP each: Pentakill Kayle Icon, Pentakill II icon, Pentakill Karthus Icon, Pentakill Olaf icon, Pentakill Yorick icon, Pentakill Sona icon, and the Pentakill Mordekaiser icon.

And to crank it up a notch, Mordekaiser, Sona, Karthus, Olaf, and Yorick are taking the stage with new splash art, in-game models, and an all new summoner icon. A green smoke suddenly formed and popped Karthus, the lead singer of the rock band. You can read more about the band and that album here , covering them was actually one of the very first articles that I ever wrote for Metal Insider.

Factor in the eye-popping visuals and explosive violence of League of Legends - witness the Mortal Reminder video for evidence - and Pentakill could hardly be more fitting (or preposterous) standard bearers for the love-in between gaming and metal fans, blurring the lines between so-called real music and digital fantasy in a way that no acts have managed before.

I mean, given the response they got after "get jinxed" I shouldn't be surprised they went ahead and did more music, but I wasn't expecting a whole metal album. And that's smart, as death in "League of Legends" means wasted time. The greatest League of Legends metal band that Runeterra has ever witnessed has been quiet for a while, but it looks like the gang is getting back together soon according to a new Pentakill teaser video.

The Prophecy and From Fire Reborn are both Pentakill tracks with no substantial music or reference to an in-game item, rather they refer to their specific albums. You can buy Pentakill Karthus skin for 750 RP in the League of Legends in-game store. You can definitely pick up on a female voice within the group that's talking during the video, and the only female member of Pentakill is Sona, which many players will know doesn't talk at all.

You can buy Pentakill Mordekaiser skin for 975 RP in the League of Legends in-game store. The teams are considered rivals, and CLG lost the last five games against TSM. In real life though, the man behind Karthus (the vocalist for League of Legends ” virtual band Pentakill ) is Jørn Lande, the famed Norwegian rocker who also works with Avantasia and his own band, Jorn.

Smite and Ignite is a metal twitch album by the fictional band Pentakill from Riot Games , the developer of the video game League of Legends The band features a series of characters from the video game, and the album features songs based and named on items from it as well.

If you could get a whole team full of Pentakill skins, then their recall animations would be an awesome sight. In-game, Pentakill is a five-person band made up of Mordekaiser, Karthus, Yorick, Sona, and Olaf. Pentakill Kayle is headlining the League store at 1350 RP. Wield the voice of a hellion-valkyrie as you bring weaker warriors to their knees with relentless waves of operatic fury.

Yesterday the band released their very first music video for the track Mortal Reminder ,” showing the band in action for the first time outside of the video game itself, making it the third single off of their upcoming album Pentakill II: Grasp of the Undying.

We've also got the names of all the songs from the credits - aside from those two singles, we'll have "Frozen Heart," "Infinity Edge," "Rapid Firecannon," "Cull," "Mortal Reminder," "Dead Man's Plate," "The Blade of the Ruined King," and "The Hex Core mk-2." I never realised until now quite how metal the items in League of Legends sound.
